Sin duda (Without question), we absolutely savor Sabor! If you didn’t already know that sabor means “flavor” in Spanish, you’d figure it out just minutes after walking through the door. This colorful, joyful event is full of food and beverages, music and dance–with guests spontaneously dancing to live Latin music as well. It’s an ideal summertime celebration and immersive cultural showcase of the Americas. Add funds raised for Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (COHCC) and the backdrop of the gorgeous Denver Botanic Gardens, and it’s easy to see why Sabor has become an annual must-go event for Denverites.

On Friday, Aug. 2, around 3,000 attendees made their way to the Botanic Gardens in significant, early-evening heat. Amazingly, everyone was jovial in the long line waiting for doors to open, already anticipating another fun-filled event with amazing food and beverages from 30 restaurants, along with 70 live musicians, 50 dancers and 40 costumed models and entertainers. Fun fact: 10,000 pounds of ice were used during the evening.
