
Another great turnout for the Mountain Plains Minority Supplier Development Council annual forum this year brought together minority small businesses and Colorado corporations to discuss new partnerships and achievements of the past year. The all-day 2017 Business Alliance Forum—titled “Going the Distance: Expanding Supplier Diversity”— held October 6 at the Denver PPA Center provided educational workshops, panel discussions, and awards recognition of Mt. Plains MSDC certified MBEs and Corporate Members.
Conference guests attended panels and listened to the latest trends in minority business with speakers from Fortune 500 and 1,000 companies during breakfast and luncheon sessions, and topical workshops designed to boost business growth.
The mission of the Mountain Plains Minority Supplier Development Council is to provide U.S. corporation and government entities with greater access to the goods and services of minority-owned business to develop lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.
