Nancy Hemming and her daughter Emily Hemming, the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Inn at Cherry Creek, recently hosted a “Farewell from Starwood” party for Susan Stiff, who leaves Starwood Hotels & Resorts after over 24 years in Public Relations to find her next passion.
During her tenure with Starwood, Susan has worked with the Westin Denver Downtown, the Westin DIA, the Sheraton Denver Downtown, The Westin Westminster, the Sheraton Overland Park (Kansas) and many other Starwood properties. Susan is known for her passion for performing arts, and has served in various board positions with Central City Opera, Colorado Ballet and most recently served as chair of the DCPA’s Saturday Night Alive, helping the organization to net over $900K for arts education and outreach.
Susan lit up the patio at the farewell party with her amazing spirit. Some of the best and brightest from the Denver hospitality and arts scene came to celebrate at true gem in the community.
